Written by Natasha Brown

Legal Help Centre (LHC) is looking for an Executive Director to manage all aspects of its pro bono community law clinic.  This is a great career opportunity and a chance to be a leader in the efforts to improve access to justice for those who need it most.

LHC’s mission is to improve access to legal and social service resources for socially and economically disadvantaged members of the community by providing legal support, education, and referrals, in partnership with students and volunteers.  LHC also offers practical experience to university students as they prepare for careers in legal and community service.

The position will be of interest to someone with a degree in law or social work, or with experience in administration and management of non-profit organizations, including program coordination and evaluation, financial management, fundraising, human resources and community outreach.

You would be leading a team in a collaborative and resourceful environment which values the diversity of the people it hires and serves.  More details and a complete list of responsibilities can be found at LHC Executive Director Job Posting and please explore the website at Legal Help Centre.
